Too often, tai chi is performed in a stiff and rigid way.
It should flow! You should be soft and relaxed no matter what style of tai chi you practice!
This is a replay of a live class that I offered on Facebook on September 4, 2017.
In this video, I’ll give you some simple tips for creating more flow in your tai chi.
Beginners are absolutely welcome!
Please try this class even if you’ve struggled with tai chi in the past.
My approach to tai chi is uncommon, and you may find that my “flow first” method is more enjoyable than what you’ve tried in the past!
And if you’re a seasoned tai chi practitioner but you don’t feel enough flow during your practice, then this class will give you some helpful tips.
If you have any questions, go ahead and post them in the comments below!
Mindfully yours,

I’ve already taught thousands of people from all over the world how to use qigong for their own stubborn health challenges. As the director of Flowing Zen and a board member for the National Qigong Association, I’m fully committed to helping people with these arts. In addition to my blog, I also teach online courses and offer in-person retreats and workshops.
I really enjoyed this online class. It was both fun and exciting. You are doubtlessly extremely knowledgeable about both qi gong and tai chi. I like your approach to teaching them both. And yes, I am very interested in knowing what the various moves in tai chi are for.
Thanks Dion. I’m glad it was helpful!
Thanks, Sifu Anthony! This was great. I always enjoy your perspective and approach and this presentation was no exception. Thanks for all you do! I hope to have the opportunity to study more with you in the future.
With joy
Kelly
Glad it was helpful!
I am a new sifu and found this very helpful. Although I know some Kung fu and some applications I would appreciate learning more. Is there somewhere I can find this
Hi Barbara. I’m working on an online program to teach the energy cultivation skills and martial applications of tai chi, but it’s not ready yet. Make sure you’re on my email list for updates!
