Once you stop making this mistake, you'll immediately start seeing better results. Immediately. Not 3 months later, and not even 3 days later, but immediately.
Today is Valentine's day. While I sometimes feel like this holiday is more about selling cards, flowers, and chocolate than it is about love, I still think it's a good time to talk to you about qi and sexual energy.
Ten years ago, I did something stupid. Totally crazy. And risky. At least that's what the voices in my head told me. But there were other voices in there too. You know -- the voices that encourage you to be brave, to go for what you want, to chase your dreams. You know what I'm talking about. I know you do. But more about you later. I'm not a doctor, and I don't even play one on TV. But students often ask for my opinion on this subject. Why? You've learned Qigong or Tai Chi from a good teacher, and you've been practicing for some time. You've gotten good results, but you still have a few lingering health problems. The strangest thing is that other people have been able to overcome those same problems using Qigong and Tai Chi. And yet you can't seem to do the same for yourself. Why?
What can we heal with self-healing arts like Qigong and Tai Chi? And what can't we heal? These are super-important questions, especially since we are in the midst of a health care crisis in the U.S. If you're reading this article, then you probably have a specific problem, and you want to know if there are any options other than drugs or surgery. This article will tell you how to figure out whether or not your specific problem can be addressed through self-healing methods like Qigong and Tai Chi.
