[Video] What Qi Really Feels Like

Published on July 19, 2016 by Sifu Anthony Korahais

I’m writing to you from beautiful Costa Rica, where I’m leading my annual (soon to be bi-annual) retreat.

During the retreat, we had a wonderful discussion about what qi really feels like.

This morning, I shot this impromptu video to share some of that discussion with you.

I hope you find it useful!

Best regards,
Sifu Anthony

I’m Anthony Korahais, and I used qigong to heal from clinical depression, low back pain, anxiety, and chronic fatigue. I’ve already taught thousands of people from all over the world how to use qigong for their own stubborn health challenges. As the director of Flowing Zen, I'm fully committed to helping people with these arts. In addition to my blog, I also teach online courses and offer in-person retreats and workshops.

Really great information! I’ve always enjoyed your writing style, but I really like the video format, particularly with the Costa Rican mountains as a backdrop! Thank you!!

Greetings from England. Many thanks for that Sifu. How wonderful to listen to your description, so important to those of us with sight problems.

    Thanks for this Sifu!
I am a Taiji’chuan instructor at a Chinese Martial Arts school in South Africa, and its so good to hear your message. I thank you for it, as it has given me a simple way to conceptualize and explain Qi Gung to my students. But also, your message has helped me understand Qi for myself, as i am by nature a skeptical person.
Many thanks and all the best
