Last year was rough for me. The Cosmos kept pounding me with one storm after another.
I’m embarrassed to admit that I only published 6 blog posts in 2015. Yikes.
But I turned all that around in 2016. I’m proud to say that I published over 50 new blog posts this year.
I love writing. I’m an educator, and I enjoy sharing information about qigong and tai chi.
But the truth is that writing is hard. It takes a lot out of me, especially since I try to put out quality posts, not just fluff.
Anyway, I’ve done enough educating this year. I wrote over 60,000 words, which means I basically published a book for free on my blog.
So I’m taking the week off.
I’m betting that you missed some of my blog posts anyway. Here’s your chance to catch up.
Instead of a new blog post, here are the top 10 posts from 2016, in order of popularity:

The first two on the list are actually the 2 most popular posts of all time, not just 2016.
Together, those 2 posts reached over 150,000 people. Wow!
I guess maybe I should keep writing in 2017? What do you think?
Edit: An article that I published after this one turned out to be extremely popular:
Here’s a Method That Is Helping Depressives Get through the Winter
I’m adding it here as a bonus article. From the heart, Sifu Anthony
What do You think Sifu, what is the most important thing in human’ s life? Common thing for all of us. May be it’ s an inner sense making humans being fully happy, because of really understanding meaning what the Life is? What is Your oppinion? It’ s a question not for discussion. You always talk about important things and do it very interestingly. So I’m asking. Other things are not so actual.
Sincerely
Romualdas
Hi Romualdas. I’m not sure if I understand your question. Can you please rephrase it?
Hello Romualdas,
Hope you don’t mind if I provide an answer to your question, “What is the most important thing in a human’s life?” My answer, “Life itself.” To be given the gift of life or to create life by humans having babies is the true meaning of life. On the other hand, what we do with that “gift of life” is what helps us understand how important life is to us.
We should try to make the best of life. For those who are born in a life of hardship, it is up to each individual to make the best of life, and for those who were born into wealth, sharing with others can bring about happiness, for greed leads to unhappiness.
Qigong, meditation, and qi work together to help people find their way in life by gaining self-confidence, courage, strength, and good health to move forward and follow the path to happiness and goodness. This is what life is about.
It is what you do after that, which will provide you with the opportunity to teach others the way to happiness and success through the use of qigong. When you help others by reaching out to them, you will experience the most incredible feeling. It feeds the inner soul knowing you helped someone else learn to love others and bring about peace.
Can you imagine if everyone in this world studied qigong and meditation, and shared their qi, we would finally have, “Peace on Earth and Goodwill Toward Men”, Women, Children, all Animals, and all Nature too!
To all who celebrate the holidays,
Happy Holidays to you and yours.
GRACIAS POR COMPARTIR TU EXPERIENCIA Y SABIDURÍA , YO HE DISFRUTADO MUCHO LA LECTURA A PARTIR DE OCTUBRE QUE TE CONOZCO
Con mucho gusto, Maria! Abrazos!
Anthony,
I agree with what Maria said above. I am Spanish but I do not speak nor read the language. But I understand Gracias so, what she stated has to be nice.
As for me, I am grateful for all you do to not just spread the word about qigong, but to teach the importance of qigong through your blogs.
Now, if you had bet I had not read all your blogs, you would have lost. I look forward to their arrival in my inbox. I read them as soon as I get them. Also, to take it one step further, I have printed all of them and have placed them in a binder for future reference.
So, just because you have written over 60,000 words, doesn’t mean you get a break. You should not take one until you write at least 100,000 words. Then you can take a break! : )
Enjoy your time off and get rested, because I am looking forward to starting Qigong 101.
Happy Holidays to you and yours!
Cindy
Thank you, Cindy. I’ll get right back to work. 🙂
It’s good to know that someone looks forward to my blogs. Thank you so much!
Happy Holidays!
