I’m done. I won’t ever make another New Year’s resolution. Never again. You should stop too. The way we make New Year’s resolutions is totally flawed. We are torturing ourselves needlessly, and we need to stop. Don’t get me wrong. The sentiment behind a New Year’s resolution is great.
