I'm working on this, Keith. In fact, a few of my students are working on it too.

But if you need peace and healing now, then don't underestimate my online programs, especially the Qigong 101. It's a powerful, life-changing program. And I've got plenty of people your age and older in there!

Registration will reopen in November. Get on the notification list here: https://flowingzen.mykajabi.com/p/qigong-101-the-art-of-healing-for-busy-people

Dear Anthony,

I am wondering if you have any sort of retreat in Florida or anywhere in the U, S. I’m 79, have major heart issues, and other issues, but for years have dabbled with Tai Chi, and since finding you, gravitate more and more to Qigong. Stress is indeed a killer and I need peace and healing now more than ever.
Lovingly yours,
Keith Williams

Der Anthony,

great article.

A yoga festival indeed saved my life.
I had been feeling depressed - and somehow betrayed by all the *hard* spiritual work I had done.
The results (even more confusion, unhappiness, lack of meaningful relationships etc) had not been the ones I longed for (ease, flow, contentment, real connection).

The yoga festival had been my last attempt to not turn down my spiritual path. I knew if I wouldnt go there, I would quit.
And it all worked out ;) even though it took some months to bring in the harvest.

And I totally agree on nr 2: vacation is total stress. It starts with picking the right café and ends with finding the perfect exhibition before heading off to the fanciest Restaurant while arguing with your partner whether ... ;)

Realised this when I went to Vipassana. Most relaxing vacation ever!

Lots oft love - and relaxation
