#6 - Flowing Stillness is a form of standing Zen meditation that allows for some movement and discourages rigidity.

#7 - Consolidating Qi at Dantian involves centering your energy at the lower dantian, located below the navel and inside the body.

Do you have the capability to add a &quot;print&quot; icon to activate printing so it will format correctly when printed.
I have tried everything to print this article and lines are omitted throughout the process. I have changed the margins, eliminated the header and footer margins, and page numbers however, the top menu bar that has Start Here, About, Blog etc. appear in the printed copy and interfere with the printing.  
This is a problem with all the articles sent like this.  I would appreciate it if you can help  me out with this.]]></description>
