Practicing qigong while driving is dangerous. It's better to practice awareness, like a kung fu master observing the scene.

There are plenty of qigong exercises that can be done seated. In fact, I have an entire section in this course on seated qigong: https://flowingzen.mykajabi.com/p/2-minute-qigong-for-healthy-habits

Dear Sifu,

I'm practicing 2 minutes Qigong to make my break during the activities more valuable. So I want to say thanks, because I can manage better the intensive activities.

I'm thinking of how I could practice Qigong also when I drive car to recharge my energy or to relax. Another situation that I'd like to transform in a Qigong moment is ahead of a PC without closing the eyes.

Do you have any suggestion for both those scenarios (driving car and sitting ahead the PC with eyes open)?

Thanks!

Thank you Sifu for keeping in touch in spite of the danger you face with the upcoming hurricane. Perhaps this helps to keep your mind at ease.

I really enjoy your blog videos and hope you will continue to create them. However, I would like to know if you are able to use the "downlaad" feature like you do with our lessons. I would really like to keep these in a file for off-line use for future review and reference.

By the way, my brother and his wife are in the direct path of Irma when it curves to the northwest corner of Georgia on its way to Nashville. May be a category 2 by then with winds between 94 to slightly over 100 miles per hour.

My friends in Punta Gorda have evacuated and this morning the reports showed Irma changed its course going up the center and hitting Fort Meyers and Punta Gorda area. It also appears as it moves upward Gainesville is a direct hit. There is still time for that to change. I hope it does.

Thinking of you and your family with prayers for your safety.

Thanks Sifu.. I love these videos because they remind me to focus on what matters. I don't yet practice 2 hours a day (around 15 min) and I want to integrate some 2 minute qigong in to my work day.

All the best,
John

Hi, Sifu!
I'm a Colombian fifteen year old starting in Qigong, and your posts have helped me a lot. I will make sure to follow these seven tips!

Although right now I can't pay for online courses, neither I can go to the retires, I hope I will be able to once I have the means. Sifu, I have one question, what happens if someone interrupts my daily practice?
From probably one of your youngest readers.
