Good for you, Lea!

Slow and steady wins the qigong (and tai chi) race. These arts aren't magic cures, but over time, the results truly are magical!

Hello Sifu Anthony, I have been taking Tai Chi (currently learning 24 form) and Ba Duan Jin from a fabulous Korean teacher for the past two years. I lead a very small Ba Duan Jin group at a local metaphysical shop in my home town. What I have noticed is that the shifts from old, cranky and pain ridden, are subtle and cumulative over time, liking singing on the way home from practice, blowing my nose less often and experiencing more refreshing sleep, greater leg strength, greater range of motion and yes, less pain over all. For me, the shift has been gentle and subtle. It is not the allopathic magic bullet, Thank heavens.

Looking forward ot the January class, Lea

Hi Jenna. Thanks! I'm a big fan of Kajabi! It's made teaching online so much easier!

I'm also a founding member so I've got a referral link that will save you 15% if you decide to join: https://app.newkajabi.com/r/9LP5XFB7

Af for qigong, start with the free course on fatigue and then go from there!

Congratulations Anthony on your new website - it looks perfect! I want to use mykajabi in the very near future. Looks so easy breezy.

And congrats also on your accomplishments with NQA and your commitment to writing for your large audience. I'm trying to fulfill my purpose also, of teaching about intuition, but I also want to learn about Qigong - so I'll have to fit it in to my daily routine.

Energy, improved eyesight and communing with nature are my goals.
