Anthony,

I agree with what Maria said above. I am Spanish but I do not speak nor read the language. But I understand Gracias so, what she stated has to be nice.

As for me, I am grateful for all you do to not just spread the word about qigong, but to teach the importance of qigong through your blogs.

Now, if you had bet I had not read all your blogs, you would have lost. I look forward to their arrival in my inbox. I read them as soon as I get them. Also, to take it one step further, I have printed all of them and have placed them in a binder for future reference.

So, just because you have written over 60,000 words, doesn't mean you get a break. You should not take one until you write at least 100,000 words. Then you can take a break! : )

Enjoy your time off and get rested, because I am looking forward to starting Qigong 101.

Happy Holidays to you and yours!

In reply to <a href="https://flowingzen.com/top-10-blog-posts-of-2016/#comment-57795">Romualdas Petkevicius</a>.

Hello Romualdas,

Hope you don't mind if I provide an answer to your question, "What is the most important thing in a human's life?" My answer, "Life itself." To be given the gift of life or to create life by humans having babies is the true meaning of life. On the other hand, what we do with that "gift of life" is what helps us understand how important life is to us.

We should try to make the best of life. For those who are born in a life of hardship, it is up to each individual to make the best of life, and for those who were born into wealth, sharing with others can bring about happiness, for greed leads to unhappiness.

Qigong, meditation, and qi work together to help people find their way in life by gaining self-confidence, courage, strength, and good health to move forward and follow the path to happiness and goodness. This is what life is about.

It is what you do after that, which will provide you with the opportunity to teach others the way to happiness and success through the use of qigong. When you help others by reaching out to them, you will experience the most incredible feeling. It feeds the inner soul knowing you helped someone else learn to love others and bring about peace.

Can you imagine if everyone in this world studied qigong and meditation, and shared their qi, we would finally have, "Peace on Earth and Goodwill Toward Men", Women, Children, all Animals, and all Nature too!

To all who celebrate the holidays,

Happy Holidays to you and yours.

What do You think Sifu, what is the most important thing in human' s life? Common thing for all of us. May be it' s an inner sense making humans being fully happy, because of really understanding meaning what the Life is? What is Your oppinion? It' s a question not for discussion. You always talk about important things and do it very interestingly. So I'm asking. Other things are not so actual.
Sincerely
