Hi Jim. The details of the 201 will be made clear in June. There will be detailed descriptions of exactly what is included, the bonuses, the pricing options, etc. On top of that, I'll make myself available to answer questions.

If you've read my book and done the bonus mini-course, then you can easily do the 201. Many people actually start with the 201, and some even prefer it. If you're eager to learn more, then it's a no-brainer to join the 201 in June. Hope that helps.

Hi Sifu,

Whats the difference between the 101 and 201 courses. I have the book and working through the bonuses along with other free courses you kindly offered.
I signed up for the 101 course when it opens again but notice the enrollment for the 201 is not far off.
As a beginner is one more suitable than the other?

Best regards

I want to say that I have been doing the 5-sequence practice for the last while since I took the online course. It has changed my practice. I can heartily recommend it.
Thank you, Sifu Anthony! This article was so helpful! I'm absolutely loving your 101 course but I've been questioning whether I need to be including certain exercises and how to know for sure. This article really made it clear why choosing favorites works! It makes sense that the body knows what it needs and we're drawn to that. And it's given me an even greater appreciation for Flowing Breeze Swaying Willow.

Start with favorites, get some momentum going, and then we can worry about adding some of the challenging ones that you avoid!

Hi Sifu, thank you for the clarification! But one question: what about choosing the exercise you hate (or the hardest one for you)? I think you mentioned that somewhere too. Thanks!

In reply to <a href="https://flowingzen.com/the-real-secret-to-planning-the-ultimate-qigong-routine/#comment-64252">Bruce Walrond</a>.

Hi Bruce. There's nothing wrong with Shibashi. In fact, a lot of my students are Shibashi instructors.

If you're on a budget, my best advice is to learn the 5-Phase Routine and then work some of the Shibashi exercises into Phase 2.

I am grateful for this article. The subjects you have addressed have been questions in my mind since the beginning of the 101 course. Picking favorites. thank you. And FBSW as the great equalizer - that is a very important function that I was not previously aware of. Thank you very much. Your student, Ishan das
