Hi Sifu! I really like your site, and the warm and personal atmosphere you create. I also like how you remove the mystery about the subject with clear and simple explanations.
At 74, computers can be a trial for me. Gradually I am becoming more comfortable with your site. But one area in which I would like to see a change implemented is the Blog section. There is so much good information in this section. But there does not seem to be a master list on the blog page so that one can check out all the titles and click on the article one wants to read. It seems to be almost by chance that I come across a link in a given article, to another article that attracts my interest. Any chance of a master list with article headings?

Hi Ishan. I'm glad you've caught the qigong bug!

Until I finish my book, the "Start Here" page is the best choice. The book will of course be much more cohesive (and also better written). It will be available on Amazon when it's finished.

In the meantime, I've got some free training videos coming up soon. Don't miss those! Books are only a piece of the puzzle!

Hi! I have finally decided to approach this cultivation of qigong thru your site. I decided to read as much as I could, and thereby get a feel for what you are teaching and how to go about it. I began with "Start Here". Apparently, within each article there are links to other articles. In this way, although all of the info is fascinating, I am finding myself out in the middle of the ocean of info. I am making notes, and trying systematize the info. My intention is to keep at it, until I acquire both a concept as well as a sense of direction on how to proceed. If you answer this, I don't know if the answer will be found under this article, or if you will send me an email. And I don't know if I'll be able to find my way back to this corner of your site. I understand that you are working on a book. I imagine that all of the info on this site will be organized into a wholesome package in that book. When will the book come out, and how can I get hold of a copy? I respect and value what you are teaching. The more I read, the more my appetite increases. My biggest challenge is in working with the digital medium. (heading towards 74). Facebook simply blows me away. I don't even try. But I am thinking that some of your online classes will be good for me. Thanks, Ishan

Dear Sifu,
First let me thank you for spreading the art of qigong and helping people experience its benefits.
I would like to ask you for your input regarding my Ba Duan Jin practice. I started it 3 weeks ago, first doing only the 1st movement for a week and then slowly adding the remaining 7 movements. However, last few days I have been suffering from insomnia (I can't fall asleep before 2am, whereas normally I sack out at 11pm). Can this be related to my qigong practice? To give you the full picture, it's more a martial art version of Ba Duan Jin and I also take high doses of St John's Wort daily.
Thanks a lot for your help!

Thanks for the kind words, Alison. I have heard of Yuan Gong, but I don't know much about it. Glad you're also spreading qigong. The world needs it!
