I have been practicing gratitude for quite some time now in a very simple way. Before I have a meal, or even a snack, with hands in prayer or holding the hands of others I am with, I say or think a short prayer that gives thanks for all the beings and the very earth, sun, sky and sea that has brought to me the food I am eating in that moment. In this way, I get at least 3-4 micro doses of gratitude daily. It is especially lovely when there are others there to share the gratitude. : )]]></description>

So I&#039;m very grateful for quigong, the power of being grateful, your voice via the meditations. It&#039;s strange. ..We have everything here (even the toilet paper 😀) but it&#039;s the worries in my head what will happen in the world in the future that are ruining me. Well, you help me to get up from the ground. Thank you!]]></description>
