Great article Sifu, I feel like a dance teacher, I love teaching and also love variations in my performances. I also remember a few things before I practice, one is that I am enjoying the journey and never worry about the goal or destination. (sorry no goals).

I am grateful for all the variations and practice all of them, over a typical week I will have covered all of them, even the one's that are more challenging.

Finally, I do feel I own these skills and techniques and will always feel grateful by visiting all of them and not neglect anything that they may bring to my performance.

So true about following intuition -- I'm sometimes surprised (never disappointed) by suddenly taking a posture I hadn't thought of or practiced in months. I also want to reinforce the idea of choosing something you don't want. I've lost sight of how LONG I disliked Plucking Stars (the very first practice you recommended to me); sometimes I resisted doing it, but mostly kept at it and suddenly one day it was if I'd moved through a hole in the universe. Plucking Stars became a way through something I can't even name and has become the greatest source of chi among all my current practices. That may change, of course, as other needs for healing arise and my intuition takes me to other practices. Sending you great love, Sifu, for all you've given me and that I continue to receive through your teachings.
