Thank you for the responses, Sifu Anthony. Melissa reached out, and she and Andy were able to help me find a way around the login issues. Looks like you've got a great team! I am loving the book bonuses and am excited to learn more from you soon!

Hi Alysha,

Thank you for reaching out, and no need to apologize—I’m grateful you brought these questions and issues to my attention. I’ll address everything as thoroughly as possible.

The Facebook group is completely optional. It’s a bonus resource for those who enjoy connecting with other students, but it’s not a vital part of the course. To accommodate students who prefer not to use social media, we’ve also added a dedicated community on the Kajabi platform. This means you can still connect with others, ask questions, and receive support—all without needing Facebook.

As for starting with Qigong 201, that’s definitely an option. Many students begin there, especially if the timing works better for them or if they already have some experience with qigong. Most who start with the 201 end up taking the 101 afterward to solidify their foundation. Interestingly, even after enjoying the 201, most of them still say the 101 is my best program. So either way, you’re in for a great experience.

Lastly, thank you so much for pointing out the technical issues on the site. I truly appreciate your attention to detail, and I’ll have my team address them right away.

From the heart,
Sifu Anthony

Hi Sifu Anthony,
I apologize for leaving this comment here, as it is certainly not the right place, but as you'll read below, I don't know that I have another option.

First, the questions...
I have been considering signing up for Qigong 101 or 201, but I had a few questions that I hope someone can answer for me.

How important is the Facebook community aspect of the course? Facebook is a hard-no for me, so if this is a vital component, I think it is best if I don't join.

Then, is it possible to do the Qigong 201 course before the Qigong 101 course? The timing may work better for me to start in the summer, as I am in the middle of a move.

Beyond my questions, I thought you might like to know that some things seem to be broken on your website...

Clicking the "learn more" button under Qigong 101 on the homepage https://flowingzen.com/ leads to a 404 page here:
https://academy.flowingzen.com/qigong-101-practical-self-healing-for-everyone-2024

Similarly, I wanted to ask these questions of Sifu Anthony in the videos he made promoting Qigong 101, but I see no comments section on any of these pages (I tested Safari, Chrome, and Brave on MacOS 14.4 (desktop) and Safari and Chrome on iOS 17.6.1 (mobile)).

I tried to sign up for the free source on Beating Fatigue, but when I click to sign up, it says "The change you wanted was rejected."

I attempted to send this via your Contact page, but the CAPTCHA that is necessary in order to email you is not loading.

Thank you for your help!
