I have a lovely space in my garden and I also have a wide open space in front of my house. It’s football (soccer) pitches operated by the local council. So I can use them, look at this wonderful space and feel happy that I don’t have to cut the grass! I also live about 15 minutes away from wonderful, wide-open sandy beaches where I can practice. I’m very, very fortunate.

THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR POST! I LOVE TO DO MY WORK OUT IN NATURE–I USE TREES, THE SAND—- AND THE SKY!! AND SOON– WHEN THE WEATHER WARMS UP– THE WATER! I read that if you do your workout under a tree –before the Sun comes up –that the tree will impart to you it’s energy it gets from the Sun –when it wakes up ….

When we are in Miami visiting my parents, I have walked to the park down the street to do my qigong under the trees outdoors. I have also practiced on their back patio overlooking the lake on which they live. Wonderful!

I drive by that park frequently. “Mega sports complex” makes me think of everything EXCEPT practicing kung fu (for me, qigong). Thank you for opening this possibility for a new practice adventure!
