In 2019 I was strike by Qi deviation during real bad practice of “Microscopic orbit”. Now I have blocked Qi running my neck and head every time. It’s never end. Very harmful. Take drugs too sleep. What can I do other than commit a suicide to stop that living nightmare?

My tongue has always touched the roof of my mouth—-before I heard anything about microcosmic orbit or qigong. I have a fairly small head and mouth (all
wisdom teeth had to be pulled as a child. Now noticing the configuration of my bite as the upper teeth fully cover my lower teeth creating less space for the tongue to be, without touching roof of mouth. Course it does naturally disconnect
with the ha breath thru the mouth. I have been wondering even before this discussion what energetic effect (in plain English ) the tongue connected to roof of mouth has on my body? I know no other experience……………
