Hi Rebecca.  I&#039;m glad you&#039;re happy and healthy.  The explanation, according to Qigong theory, is simple: your Qi is strong and flowing.  That&#039;s actually the natural state, as rare as it may be.  It&#039;s when the Qi stops flowing well that illness and pain appear.  This article may help explain it too:
