Welcome to FlowingZen.com

My name is Anthony Korahais, and I owe my life to Flowing Zen. Years ago, I used Flowing Zen to cure myself of a debilitating case of clinical depression. Today, I am happier and healthier than I ever imagined possible.

Since 1992, I have traveled the world and learned from many masters. I am grateful to all of my teachers, but I'm especially grateful to the man I consider the best of the best: Grandmaster Wong Kiew Kit of Malaysia. I am honored that Grandmaster Wong chose me as his first authorized instructor here in the United States. It is my pleasure and my privilege to represent him, and to help pass on a fantastic legacy to the next generation of students.

What IS Flowing Zen?

Flowing Zen is an umbrella term for four different energy arts offered in my studio. The arts that I teach are called:

  1. Cosmos Chi Kung
  2. Shaolin Kung Fu
  3. Tai Chi Chuan
  4. Zen Meditation.
What can Flowing Zen do for me?

It can change your life! It certainly changed mine. For centuries, monks and masters have kept these arts a well-guarded secret. I break with tradition by openly teaching the secrets of these arts. These secrets have already helped thousands of people to:

  • Relieve chronic pain
  • Enhance immune activity
  • Slow the aging process
  • Boost energy levels
  • Intensify sexual fulfillment
  • Enhance athletic performance.
  • Smooth the emotions
  • Heighten mental clarity.
  • Reduce stress.
  • Improve sleep quality
  • Lift depression
  • Nurture the spirit

Until you take a class or a private session, it will be difficult to fully appreciate why so many people are raving about Flowing Zen. My classes are special because I translate ancient, esoteric arts into a format that anyone can understand. My teaching is known for being results-driven, straightforward, and systematic. More importantly, all of my classes are enjoyable.

What is Cosmos Chi Kung?

Cosmos Chi Kung is a rare and ancient Chinese healing art. It was a well-kept secret for centuries and was virtually unknown in the US until recently. Cosmos Chi Kung is a specific style of Chi Kung (also spelled Qigong) that came from the famous Shaolin Monastery in China. The exercises involve simple physical movements, gentle breathing techniques, and a relaxed, meditative state of mind.

One of the the best things about Cosmos Chi Kung is that it requires very little effort. The exercises are simple, easy to remember, gentle, and very enjoyable. Athleticism is not require. Students quickly notice tangible results, like better sleep, more energy, less pain, smoother emotions, and a clearer mind.

Best of all, these results can be obtained with only 10 minutes of daily practice! As many of my students tell me, it's a fantastic deal.

What is Shaolin Kung Fu?

Shaolin Kung Fu is a rare, high-level martial art that was developed by monks in the Shaolin Monastery in China. It is a complete program for health, self defense, mental clarity, character development, and spiritual fulfillment. It has a history of over 1500 years, and has developed into various styles over the centuries. Many people consider the Shaolin Temple to be the birthplace of systematized martial arts.

Forget everything you think you know about the martial arts. This art is different. You’ll leave class energized, not drained. You’ll soon feel more focused, relaxed, peaceful, and more powerful. Exercising will become a joy, not a chore. No uniforms. No belts. No aggression. No nonsense. Give it a try. Shaolin Kung Fu will make you think differently about the martial arts.
