Shape up holistically with this flowing fitness class. This is a 6-week intro to the joys and poetry of Tai Chi. The slow and graceful movements are perfect for all fitness levels. Discover a holistic form of low-impact exercise that works on the mind, body, and spirit!

This is not your typical Tai Chi class. Instead of teaching a complicated Tai Chi form, we will go step-by-step through a few simple techniques. You can incorporate these techniques easily into your Flowing Zen practice.
