Getting the Energy Flowing

This workshop offers an exciting, one-day introduction to the wonders of Flowing Zen. It's hard to believe, but in just 6 hours, you'll learn how to take charge of your own health and energy for the rest of your life.

Many students describe this course as a life-changing experience!

I owe my life to the techniques taught in this workshop. I used them to cure myself of a debilitating case of clinical depression. In the process, I also got rid of my lower back pain, strenghtened my immune system, fixed my cholesterol, and attained a healthy weight. Today, I am happier and healthier than I ever imagined possible.

Everyone starts with an art called Cosmos Chi Kung. The exercises are gentle, enjoyable, and easy to learn. You'll finish the day energized, not drained. Athleticism is NOT required for this art.

Location:

The Flowing Zen Studio is located at the Gainesville Wellness Center. Click here for directions.

Lunch:

We will take a nice, long lunch break. There are several restaurants within walking distance, and many more a short drive away.

Parking:

There is plenty of parking at the center.

Clothing:

Please wear comfortable clothing. Flat-soled shoes or sneakers are also recommended, but you may go barefoot if you prefer.

Books:

My teacher's books are available for sale at the center. The books are optional, but strongly recommended. "The Art of Chi Kung" was a bestseller, and it makes an excellent companion to the class.
