to believe, but in just 6 hours, you'll learn how to take charge of your own health and energy for the rest of your life.

We will take a nice, long lunch break. There are several restaurants within walking distance, and many more a short drive away.
Parking:
There is plenty of parking at
the center.
Clothing:
Please wear comfortable clothing. Flat-soled shoes
or sneakers are also recommended, but you may go barefoot
if you prefer.
Books:
My teacher's books are available for sale at the center.
The books are optional, but strongly recommended. "The
Art of Chi Kung" was a bestseller, and it makes
an excellent companion to the class.
