Free Introduction to Flowing Zen

  • Duration: 2 hours
  • Difficulty: Zero athleticism required.

This class offers an exciting introduction to the wonders of Flowing Zen. The exercises are gentle, enjoyable, and easy to learn. You'll leave class energized, not drained. Athleticism is NOT required. Watch the video below to see how simple the exercises really are.

In this class, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Ask questions.
  • Experience deep relaxation.
  • Learn a complete Cosmos Chi Kung exercise
  • Experience the tranquility of "Flowing Stillness".
  • Learn the theory behind Flowing Zen.
  • Feel rejuvenated and energized!

Registration:

Spaces are limited. You must reserve a spot. To register, please follow these instructions:

  1. To go to the Gaineville Wellness Center online scheduler, cick the following link, or paste it in a web browser: http://www.appointmentquest.com/provider/2080066836
  2. Click the "Make Appointment for Flowing Zen - Free Introductory Seminar" button towards the bottom of the page.
  3. On the next page, press the "10:00 AM" button towards the bottom of the page to reserve your spot.
  4. Fill out the appropriate information.
  5. Write down your user name and password for future reference.

Location:

The Flowing Zen Studio is located in the Gainesville Wellness Center. Click here for directions.

Parking:

There is plenty of parking at the center.

Clothing:

Please wear comfortable clothing. Flat-soled shoes or sneakers are also recommended, but you may go barefoot if you prefer.

Books:

My teacher's books for sale at the class. The books are optional, but strongly recommended. "The Art of Chi Kung" was a bestseller, and it makes an excellent companion to the class.
