class offers an exciting introduction to the wonders
of Flowing Zen. The exercises
are gentle, enjoyable, and easy to learn. You'll leave
class energized, not drained. Athleticism
is NOT required. Watch

Spaces are limited. You must
reserve a spot. To register, please follow these instructions:
Please wear comfortable clothing. Flat-soled shoes
or sneakers are also recommended, but you may go barefoot
if you prefer.
Books:
My teacher's books for sale at the class.
The books are optional, but strongly recommended. "The
Art of Chi Kung" was a bestseller, and it makes
an excellent companion to the class.
